As I am a growing living being, so is my site. I will include more information on the attached pages than in my LinkedIn profile. When taken as a whole, you will see how I learn, process, share, and apply learning to life.

Fred Prasuhn

I am a person that pulls from all I know, all my skills, and all I have experienced to form the present and shape the future—in technical terms: a polymath, a multipotentialite. For me, living is learning—learning is living, an ever-symbiotic cycle.

Department Supervisor

I currently serve as a retail Department Supervisor. I work with a solid team. I tell each of them that I cannot do it without them, something that I genuinely mean. Each person brings his own talents to our work.

We have over 3,000 items in our departments. Ten of our aisles need dedicated top stock space. I developed an inventory system using the last digit of the item number to group and place inventory items on the top shelf of the existing top stock in adjacent aisles.

I coordinate our efforts to meet the customers’ needs while promoting the company’s objectives. I am fortunate to work with many other Department Supervisors. We work together well to meet needs and support each other. My team members and the DS team are benefits of my job.

Just a Polymath

As an elevator pitch…

I am a polymath, a multipotentialite. That is, I am a person that pulls from all I know, all my skills, and all I have experienced to form the present and shape the future. For me, living is learning—learning is living, an ever-symbiotic cycle.

I continually assess and evaluate my environment to determine how best to proceed. In turn, I look for opportunities to prevent potential misfortunes by redirecting perceptions, perspectives, and processes. Actions made and decisions initiated for the best possible outcome.
